The highest quality gemstones and crystals are used in all projects A-AAA grade.
Unless otherwise noted all gold findings used are 14kt yellow gold-filled or plated.
All silver used in gemstone and crystal jewelry is sterling silver.

Our orders normally ship within 7 days. If your order needs extra attention that will take longer than usual, we will update you within 48 hours of purchase with your expected ship date. We are as excited about your new creation as you are and promise to do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible without compromising quality.
All domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested.
Overseas? We’ve got you. Let us know what you want, and we will get back to you with International shipping costs and when you can expect to receive your new creation(s).

We have experienced first-hand the power and magic behind these crystals and can’t wait to share them with you! Your package will include a Crystal Card highlighting the energetic powers of the gemstone/crystal in your creation.
Each piece is sent off to you in a holographic jewelry pouch that can be used for gifting, or we are happy to gift wrap for a nominal fee.
Sizing & Materials:
Bracelets are 6.75- 7” created on stretch material unless otherwise noted or requested. Some stretch is normal over time if your bracelet is taken on and off daily.
Our chokers are designed on silk with a magnetic clasp. Variety is the spice of life, so we occasionally use different materials - any changes from the norm will be listed in the item description on the site. It’s normal for silk pieces to stretch over time up to 1/4”
The age-old question... does size matter? We can customize any bracelet or choker to your ideal length based on your build and preferred fit.
Our standard size for bracelets is 6.75 - 7” in length and 13.5” in length for chokers. We want your piece to be perfect for you, so please let us know if you have a special size request (sorry, we can only help with jewelry!).”

Q: Do crystals really work?
A: Not without you! Crystals are known to be conduits for natural healing energy. The power lies in YOU as the crystals positively interact with your body's energy fields and vibrations. Just as healers are conduits to activate the body's own healing systems, crystals can be used to balance chakras and open channels in your body for everything from stress reduction and mental clarity, to creativity and pain relief. The belief in the healing powers of crystals has stood the test of time - Ancient Egyptians adorned themselves with crystals to ward off illness and negative energy. As Keylee says, "If it's good enough for Cleopatra, it's good enough for me!"
Q: Where do you get your beads?
A: All of the gemstones and crystals used at Keylee Style are of the highest quality. Many are gemstone quality! Using our gemstone industry contacts we source beads from all over the world, Asia, India, New York, California, etc. The source depends on what the stone is.
Q: How durable are the bracelets on stretch?
A: Very! Keylee wears her daily, many she never takes off. That said, please remember they are handmade pieces of jewelry and are not indestructible! If you take them and off each day, shower in them, leave them in the sunshine, pull on them, etc they will wear out faster. If your piece breaks please contact us to discuss repair or replacement.
Q: Can I place a custom order?
A: YES! Keylee Style started with custom orders! Keylee Style can create just about anything with almost any stone or crystal! From diamond beads with 24kt Gold findings to children’s pieces all you need to do is ask!
Q: Can you wrap this for a gift?
A: Yes, a LOT of our orders are gifts. Each piece, gift or not, comes in a signature holographic pouch with the Keylee Style logo and a Crystal Card telling the power that each stone holds. If you would like extra gift wrapping we are happy to do it for a small additional fee. Just reach out before or after you place your order and we will make it happen! We love when our pieces are given as gifts!
